Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity levels.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline order fulfillment and distribution processes.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role in logistics/supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
