Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and ensure real-time stock accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and space utilization to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and shipping accuracy, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and transportation teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives and customer demands.
- Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to automate processes and improve data visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industry.
- Proven expertise in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse optimization strategies.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; fluency in Indonesian is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
