Responsibility
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory accuracy using Accurate software, conducting regular stock opname (physical counts) and reconciling discrepancies.
- Enforce and monitor compliance with K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards and company SOPs to maintain a safe working environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflows to improve space utilization and operational speed.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand and minimize stockouts or excess.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory status, warehouse performance metrics, and incident logs to management.
- Train and mentor warehouse personnel on best practices, equipment handling, and software usage.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives, such as reducing waste, improving picking accuracy, and streamlining processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of K3 regulations, SOP development, and warehouse safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making (e.g., stock analysis, KPI tracking).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) for cross-departmental communication.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
