Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve KPIs and maintain high productivity standards.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align warehouse activities with business demands.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain warehouse layouts, equipment, and workflows to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, including metrics on turnover, accuracy, and cost savings.
- Resolve operational challenges proactively, from supply chain bottlenecks to staffing or resource constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in inventory management, team leadership, and process improvement within manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software; familiarity with SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to liaise with international stakeholders is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties as needed, including lifting or inspecting goods.
