Responsibility
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct inventory counts, track stock levels, and ensure data integrity in warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in adherence to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets for order fulfillment and distribution.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies, such as damaged or missing items, and report issues to supervisors promptly.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and generating warehouse reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, data entry).
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
- Basic English proficiency is preferred; fluency in Indonesian is required.
