Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily quality control inspections for manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to meet industry and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes, materials, and finished products to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Document and report quality metrics, non-conformities, and corrective actions to management.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements in manufacturing and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software (e.g., statistical process control).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
