Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and management using modern WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets and maintain high productivity.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, SOPs, and compliance with local and company regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align warehouse activities with business demands.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ staff.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS software, and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
