Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and execute training programs for warehouse staff to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of warehouse personnel.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
