Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and workflow processes.
- Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse management or a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
