Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.
- Implement and maintain safety, security, and compliance standards within the warehouse.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute warehouse strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the logistics industry in Bali is a plus.
