Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity, safety standards, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align warehouse activities with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to create a secure and efficient working environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize storage capacity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and maintain warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time data tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
