Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of F&B ingredients and products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, or local regulations) and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize waste through efficient tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce lead times.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand and plan for seasonal or promotional stock requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency in a warehouse setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and inventory management best practices.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese) are a plus.
- Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or food safety is an advantage.
