Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and tea, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including equipment, glassware, and ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal freshness.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems, handling payments and processing transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Stay updated on beverage trends, new recipes, and promotional offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Bartender, Barista, or Mixologist in a high-volume establishment (hotel, restaurant, or bar).
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, coffee brewing techniques, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 20 kg.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
