Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold company standards.
- Manage cash handling, accounting, and financial reporting for the outlet, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen, including cash handling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
