Responsibility
- Craft and serve premium tea beverages according to JY SPRING DRINK’s signature recipes and presentation standards.
- Provide personalized recommendations to customers, guiding them through our diverse tea menu and seasonal promotions.
- Process orders efficiently using POS systems, handle cash and digital payments, and ensure accurate transaction records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Train and mentor junior staff on tea preparation techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in stock management to minimize waste.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new tea blends or limited-time offerings based on market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tea Artisan, Barista, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of tea varieties, brewing methods, and flavor pairings (e.g., oolong, matcha, herbal infusions).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong sales and upselling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Certification in food safety or beverage handling (e.g., HACCP) is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
