Responsibility

  • Prepare and assemble handmade dumplings according to brand standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Assist in ingredient preparation, including chopping, mixing, and seasoning fillings and dough.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as dough rollers, steamers, and fryers.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets and support service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Participate in training sessions to refine skills and learn new recipes or techniques.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferably in Asian cuisine).
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (certification is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks with precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
