Responsibility
- Prepare and assemble handmade dumplings according to brand standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Assist in ingredient preparation, including chopping, mixing, and seasoning fillings and dough.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as dough rollers, steamers, and fryers.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets and support service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the kitchen supervisor.
- Participate in training sessions to refine skills and learn new recipes or techniques.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferably in Asian cuisine).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (certification is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
