Responsibility
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen or bar team while ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, counters, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, including arranging tableware and decor.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
