Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and extend asset lifespan.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of all hotel facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and address potential issues proactively.
- Manage maintenance budgets, including cost estimation, vendor negotiations, and inventory control for spare parts and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and renovation projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment histories using CMMS or other tracking systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., CFM, CPE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury resort industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse maintenance team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting maintenance issues.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
