Join our team at Pullman Residence in Bali as a Full-Day Car Park Cleaner and contribute to maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment for residents and guests. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in cleanliness and organization.
As part of our hospitality team, you’ll ensure the car park area is spotless, safe, and visually appealing. Uniforms (company polo shirts) are provided, and you’ll be expected to wear dark long pants and covered shoes. Personal grooming standards, including neat, tidy, and natural hairstyles, are essential to uphold the professional image of Pullman Residence.

Responsibility
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize all car park surfaces, including floors, ramps, and walkways.
- Remove litter, debris, and stains promptly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Empty and dispose of trash bins in designated areas following waste management protocols.
- Inspect and report any damage, hazards, or maintenance issues in the car park to management.
- Assist in setting up or rearranging parking signage, cones, or barriers as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment (brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners) is properly maintained and stored.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Provide excellent service by responding to resident or guest inquiries about parking areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality roles is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg), and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to adhere to a full-day work schedule.
- Neat personal appearance, including well-groomed hair and appropriate attire (dark long pants, covered shoes).
- Good communication skills in English (basic Indonesian is a plus).
