Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of restaurant staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and profitability.
- Prepare and present reports on sales, staff performance, and operational metrics to senior management.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
