Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of restaurant staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and profitability.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales, staff performance, and operational metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
