Responsibility
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service practices.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Create and suggest new cocktail recipes to enhance the bar menu.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the bar's inventory.
- Assist in training new staff and maintaining high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and bar operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and bar equipment.
- Responsible alcohol service certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
