Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, adhering to traditional recipes and techniques.

  • Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours to meet customer demand without compromising quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen, with a strong portfolio of traditional Chinese dishes.
  • In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, including stir-frying, steaming, braising, and deep-frying.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of Chinese regional cuisines (e.g., Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, Shanghainese).
  • Ability to read and follow complex recipes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using traditional Chinese kitchen tools and equipment.
