Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to ensure minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and front office teams to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Assist in the installation and upgrading of hotel systems and equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hotel policies during maintenance operations.

Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in electrical, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in the hospitality industry.
