Responsibility
- Deliver the signature St. Regis Butler Service, including unpacking/packing, garment pressing, and shoe shining with meticulous attention to detail.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs before they arise, from arranging private dining experiences to coordinating spa reservations and transportation.
- Curate personalized itineraries, leveraging local knowledge to recommend exclusive cultural, culinary, and adventure experiences in Bali.
- Maintain discreet and professional communication with guests, ensuring confidentiality and trust at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery across all touchpoints.
- Uphold the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and presentation in alignment with St. Regis brand guidelines.
- Handle special requests with creativity and resourcefulness, from sourcing rare amenities to organizing surprise celebrations.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine skills in wine service, mixology, and cultural sensitivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 yearsā experience in a luxury hotel, private estate, or high-end cruise line, with a proven track record in butler or VIP guest services.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, French) is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse, high-profile guests.
- Impeccable grooming, posture, and demeanor, reflecting the elegance of the St. Regis brand.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and gourmet dining trends is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in butler service (e.g., International Butler Academy) or equivalent is a plus.
