Responsibility
- Provide discreet, attentive, and personalized service to villa guests, ensuring all requests are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage daily household operations, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance coordination to uphold luxury standards.
- Oversee meal preparation and presentation, collaborating with chefs or catering services to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Assist with event planning and execution for private gatherings, ensuring seamless logistics and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of villa supplies, including linens, toiletries, and beverages, and restock as needed.
- Act as a local concierge, offering recommendations for activities, dining, and cultural experiences in Bali.
- Ensure security and confidentiality for guests and their belongings at all times.
- Liaise with property management to address any maintenance or operational issues swiftly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a butler, house manager, or in a 5-star hospitality role (hotels, resorts, or private estates).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor, reflecting the luxury standards of the villa.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and household management is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
