Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs in assigned areas to meet company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Prepare reports and documentation on compliance, incidents, and performance metrics for management review.
- Support the implementation of new policies, procedures, and promotional campaigns.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff and resolving conflicts professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.) is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to a full-time training program.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial but not required.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a drive to excel in a customer-centric role.
