Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Support daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service oversight.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the restaurant.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide reports to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Represent the brand positively by embodying Jollibee's core values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
