Responsibility
- Provide warm, efficient, and personalized service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, including specialty coffee and food items.
- Prepare and serve beverages (e.g., espresso, latte, tea) and light meals according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting low items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold company policies and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment (training provided).
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
