Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to Jollibee’s standards of quality and service.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior crew members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and hygiene to maintain consistency and compliance with health regulations.
  • Handle cashier duties, including order processing, payments, and accurate cash handling.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and operational improvements.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-food or hospitality role, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and cash handling procedures.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are advantageous.
