Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to Jollibeeās standards of quality and service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior crew members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and hygiene to maintain consistency and compliance with health regulations.
- Handle cashier duties, including order processing, payments, and accurate cash handling.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and operational improvements.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-food or hospitality role, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are advantageous.
