As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in incident response coordination, ensuring rapid and effective resolution to maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will deputize for the Operations Manager when required, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight during their absence.

Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate 24/7 integrated operations across security, transport, and facilities management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead and manage incident response protocols, ensuring timely and effective resolution to minimize disruptions.
- Deputize for the Operations Manager in their absence, providing leadership and decision-making for the operations team.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational goals and guest expectations.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities, transport, and security systems to identify and address potential risks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork among operations staff through training and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or large-scale facility management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of incident response, crisis management, and operational risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in operational software and tools for monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
