Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of restaurant staff, ensuring high-performance standards and a positive work environment.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service, food quality, and hygiene.
- Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction by addressing feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to improve skills and service delivery.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier coordination to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, or resorts).
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is highly desirable.
