Responsibility
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Provide personalized recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring accurate transactions and receipts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist in restocking supplies and preparing the café for opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (café, restaurant, or retail preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
