Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients regarding Umrah and Hajj packages, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Deliver accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, travel regulations, and health protocols for pilgrims.
- Customize travel packages based on client preferences, budgets, and group sizes to ensure a personalized experience.
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, and ground services, ensuring all arrangements align with their spiritual and logistical needs.
- Conduct pre-departure briefings to educate pilgrims on rituals, cultural etiquette, and practical tips for a smooth journey.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to develop and promote competitive pilgrimage packages.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new travel destinations, and service improvements to enhance the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in the Islamic tourism sector.
- Strong knowledge of Umrah and Hajj rituals, procedures, and logistical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the cultural and spiritual significance of Islamic pilgrimage.
