Responsibility
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish.
- Prepare and present our signature tanghulu (candied fruit skewers) and other menu items with attention to detail and hygiene standards.
- Operate POS systems, process orders accurately, and handle cash/credit transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and kitchen prep zones.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in F&B service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Team player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across all tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards (training provided).
