Responsibility
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, while upselling menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including tables, countertops, and service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Handle cash and digital payments with precision, balancing registers at the end of shifts.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, following all health regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service, preferably in a café or restaurant.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Japanese or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine or culture is advantageous.
