Responsibility
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and mocktails to the highest standards.
- Engage with customers to provide a memorable and high-energy service experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing Liberty Walk’s values and JDM culture.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to enhance beverage quality.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for JDM culture and automotive lifestyle is a plus.
