Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more, according to our high standards.
- Welcome and engage with customers, providing excellent service and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and ready for use.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Assist in restocking supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Provide recommendations and educate customers about our coffee offerings and promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we provide training!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during evening shifts.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
