Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely table turnover and smooth service.
- Provide accurate information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including menus, seating charts, and guest amenities.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and service in compliance with restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
