Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently to optimize guest flow.
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely table turnover and smooth service.
  • Provide accurate information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including menus, seating charts, and guest amenities.
  • Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and service in compliance with restaurant policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
