Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets Sushi Tei standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables for reservations and events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and uniform policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
- Neat and professional appearance, adhering to uniform guidelines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine or culture is advantageous.
