Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality food and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, including handling feedback and resolving complaints.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.

- Experience in customer service and conflict resolution, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
