Responsibility
- Provide attentive and professional table service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, using our POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and restocking supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in training new staff members and supporting team initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Balinese or Indonesian cuisine is advantageous.
