Responsibility
- Develop and customize travel packages tailored to client preferences and market trends.
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals.
- Provide expert consultation to clients, offering personalized recommendations and itinerary planning.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote travel products through digital and traditional channels.
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and post-travel feedback to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand our product portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel consulting, tourism, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s travel destinations, attractions, and cultural highlights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficient in CRM software, booking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for familiarization trips and client meetings.
