Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen liaisons, to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, shift scheduling, and staff coordination.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, while collaborating with management on procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting regular inspections and training as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and efficiency to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Plan and execute private events, reservations, and large-group bookings, ensuring flawless execution and memorable experiences.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and training programs to improve service quality and team performance.
- Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and service excellence.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s operating hours.
- Passion for hospitality and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and cultural dining preferences is advantageous.
