Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with Nando's policies and local regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance, control costs, and contribute to achieving financial targets.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
