Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of clinic areas, including patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and administrative offices.
- Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and equipment are disinfected according to health and safety protocols.
- Restock and maintain supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or hazards to the facilities team.
- Follow strict waste disposal procedures in compliance with medical and environmental regulations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down rooms for special events or procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to uphold a sterile and organized environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including confidentiality and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare, hotel, or high-traffic facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a plus.
