Responsibility

- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Handle payments efficiently and accurately, including cash and card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including table settings and restocking supplies.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
