As an Income Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team in maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. Responsibility
- Audit and verify daily financial transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other revenue streams to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with front office, accounting, and management teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls, company policies, and local tax regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risks.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and financial software (e.g., Opera, Sun Systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in high-volume environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced resort environment.
