Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and furniture are thoroughly cleaned, dusted, and sanitized.
- Restock and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens as needed.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and request restocks when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of all housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field (preferably in hospitality or tourism).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
