Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones in the hospitality sector.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold outreach, partnerships, and networking events in Bali.
- Create engaging content and promotional materials (digital and print) to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Manage CRM systems to track leads, sales pipelines, and customer interactions.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the companyâs offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and marketing effectiveness for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, email marketing) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for the hospitality industry.
