Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost control and minimize waste.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement staff schedules, assigning roles based on peak hours and operational needs.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food presentation, taste, and hygiene to uphold culinary excellence.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to design seasonal menus and promotional offerings aligned with market trends.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all F&B areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume dining establishments or luxury resorts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
