Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume dining establishments or luxury resorts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
